For Orders that have been Cancelled in accordance with our terms and conditions, A full Refund will be processed and issued in a timely manner. Usually within 10 business days for payments made via Credit Card.

For Orders Cancelled After the Cancellation period, but at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment, A full Refund, LESS A 5% Processing FEE, will be processed and issued in a timely manner. Usually within 10 business days for payments made via Credit Card.

No Refund will be provided 

For Orders Where the Measure Associate has Arrived on Site for the Scheduled Appointment.
